Discussing the current safety laws of vehicles and modern HGV’s alongside with new coming driverless vehicles, mainly Electric Vehicles, see how much they are controlling our driving, and what laws are in place to mandate these regulations, with giving our best interest into how you could be affected into not knowing the complications of these supposed ‘Intelligent systems‘. To begin with GSR2 (General Safety regulations section 2), will undoubtedly affect new cars sold across Europe, including the UK. Yes there is some clear benefits that outline the concept of introducing this Onto the automobiles we use on an everyday basis, is it due to increasing demand in vehicles on the road? Most likely 30 years ago there is 10x the cars than there was back then, when cars were actually Drivable, however the point I am making here is not to judge newer cars, its to provide advice for you Eager readers, to find out a rational solution to try and solve the arising issues of newer cars with all of their electrical Engineering problems that they all suffer from, whether its a blown fuse, or whether the wiring methods have been severely overworked.

Sidetracking To the main headline of this article, the new GSR2 laws amends the minimum performance Standards (known as type approval) for motor vehicles in the EU, applying new required Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Furthermore, these include intelligent Speed assist (ISA), AEB (Autonomous emergency braking ), Driver Drowsiness And attention warning (DDAW) and the most common one with a lot of backlash From a certain few automakers you know who you are (Stellantis). Now discussing what Yousif had included in his official statement regarding the new enforcement laws, it is extremely clear that he had mentioned that the UK could be of a potential risk for falling behind In automotive safety, I would disagree, due to the number of vehicles coming into the market that we are allowing each new month of certain uses of softwares , and with them becoming mandatory Makes it even more irreversible of these incoming requests coming into formation, and with the uk Apparently falling behind these Automotive safety measures, in my personal opinion The laws are Essential for everyday driving, however We as a cooperation in giving the best automotive advice, and the best insights into each Sector of the automotive industry, I would consider not retrofitting systems in place to permanently disable them, however the condition of the majority of the UK’s road infrastructure is something worth Considering the sheer delay of this arrival, this could be down to Limited advancements for their ADAS systems to work without any further glitches, and to be multifunctional towards any potential upcoming risk that the vehicle may encounter when being tested Beforehand. Therefore,  without any disruption, and to even help build the data centres taking up more of the land of the uk‘s free land, this could disrupt the idea of the whole efforts to build such a wide network of driverless aids softwares for vehicle safety, and even for pedestrians as well, could create a problem with Most UK;s drivers having to get used to this change, due to the lack of proper reassurance we have had from these manufacturers, and whether they do contribute to The safety of everyday driving with other road users, this can cause a headache of issues, so I have asked one of our creators To go out and test these ongoing issues within the automotive industry that so many people seem to be complaining about. 

Judging on the outcome of that very Staged autonomous car driving Tests, they were not thorough however showed us the inevitable of what could happen in those Unpredicted situations, however this was not thorough, but from most of my encounters Self driving has proved to be useful as long as it is not taken advantage of.
